How to Grow Spiritually?ಮಾದರಿ
Have you ever felt stuck in your spiritual growth? As a born-again Christian, I know that spiritual growth is something that we all desire. But sometimes, it can be hard to know where to start. That's why I decided to write about this topic - to help you keep growing in your relationship with God.
What is spiritual growth?
It's a journey that helps us to mature in our relationship with the Lord. As we spend more time with God, every aspect of our being develops. But it's important to remember that growth isn't always a straight line. There will be ups and downs, but what matters is that we become a little more like Jesus each day.
But why should we even bother with spiritual growth?
Think about it - as parents, we want our children to grow and develop in every way possible. So how much more would our heavenly Father desire the same for us, his children? Plus, a growing Christian is a living Christian. Your growth is a sign that you are alive in your faith.
How to grow Spiritually?
Three primary disciplines will help you grow Spiritually.
- Engaging with God through the Bible
- Engaging with God in Prayer
- Engaging with God’s People
There are many other disciplines that can help us in our journey of spiritual growth, but these three pillars are the foundation of it all. Throughout this plan, we'll take a closer look at each of these disciplines.
Before we move on, I want to ask you a question: What has spiritual growth looked like in your life? Take a moment to reflect on your own journey and the ways in which you have grown closer to God. Whether you've seen a lot of progress or are just starting out, your experiences are valuable and can help to inspire others on their own journey of spiritual growth.
About this Plan
Spiritual growth is essential in the Christian life as it allows individuals to deepen their relationship with God and better understand His purpose for their lives. As we grow spiritually, we become more like Jesus and are better equipped to serve and share the love of God with others. May this plan help you grow in the Lord!
