Transformational Freedom Devotional

DAY 3 OF 3

Day Three

Practice Transforms the Mind

Put into practice the example of all that you have heard from me or seen in my life and the God of peace will be with you in all things. Philippians 4:9 (TPT)

Athletes practice to improve their skills. Repetition is one of the best methods of learning. Forming new habits requires repetition to start moving in a new direction. Desire in the heart motivates the will to act. Willingness puts you on the path of transformation. What do you want? Practicing the principles of God through consistency is the way to get there. Be patient with yourself during the process. It takes years to develop various negative mindsets. Some mindsets develop during childhood.

Address disruptive thinking by practicing prayer, scripture reading aloud, praise, and a grateful attitude. Immerse your soul in thankfulness. Celebrate your wins longer, and minimize mistakes often. Recharge your mind and body with rest. Love yourself as God puts great value on human life. When you put these principles into practice, you will have peace and freedom.

Prayer

Father, thank you for the gift of peace. I choose to practice your principles and renew my focus. I put my faith in You, God, in the name of Jesus. Amen.
