Reroutingಮಾದರಿ
Have you ever heard the phrase, “confession is good for the soul”? As Christians, this phrase has an even deeper meaning for us. We could almost rephrase it as, “confession is necessary for the soul.” When we confess, we’re able to purge things from our lives that have been holding us back, the things that have kept us from moving forward toward the right path, and the things that don’t want us to change. We know that God has promised us that we are made new in Him. He provides us with a blank slate, covering our past mistakes with His blood. But change, even good change, can be scary. Change asks us to move beyond what we’ve known—what has been comfortable for us—and into the unknown. Asking God to make us new involves changing our lives. He doesn’t just make us new; He calls us to be new moving forward. What are some things that need to change in your life to fully embrace becoming a new creation? Take some time to write those things down. Sometimes the act of physically writing helps to make these changes real for us. Keep this list with you or put it up somewhere you will see it every day.

About this Plan
No matter the destination you’re trying to reach, the journey to get there comes with twists and turns instead of a straight path. We often have to reroute. In this devotional we’ll dive into what it looks like to reroute and find a new map along the journey. We’ll see many examples of God working to fulfill the plans He created for us.
