Life Light: Gospel of Johnಮಾದರಿ
The Gospel of John was most likely written between AD 70 (the date of the destruction of the temple) and AD 100 (the end of John’s life). John’s original audience was probably composed of the people in the large Greco-Roman world in Ephesus and beyond.
Throughout the Gospel of John, we see that Jesus is God and the reality toward which all of Israel's history points. Not only is Jesus the Messiah, but He's also the Son of God who gives eternal life to everyone who believes in His name. We see this reality through the signs and miracles He performs, and seven times He answers "I Am" when people question His identity.
It’s our prayer that as you explore the Gospel of John you will see Jesus and “through your faith in him you will experience eternal life by the power of his name!” (John 20:31)
