One of the best ways we can serve other people is by encouraging them with truth from God’s Word. When someone we know is struggling, we sometimes feel like we don’t have a way to help them. But the reality is, we have the ability to encourage and serve the people in need around us simply by sharing Scripture with them. And when we have verses like this one memorized, that is easier to do! Work on memorizing this verse this week. Write it down somewhere you can see it, like on your mirror, or a chalk board, or even on a piece of paper. Each day, cover up one word from the verse and try to remember the verse without that word. Eventually you’ll be able to cover the entire thing and say it from memory!
