We're Servants First

We believe hidden inside of every follower is a leader. Leading is not something we do, it's who we are, it's our lifestyle. We are leaders. However, if you're too big to serve, then you are too small to lead because we believe the greatest expression of leadership is service to others. In fact, we define leadership as serving. 

Every leader is a servant first. Every role is different but they are all important. So we must use our hands to reveal what's in our hearts.
