God
This is a psalm of praise to God. The writer is David, who was a king of Israel. God said David was a man after God’s own heart. God is said to be the King over everything. His power is known throughout all time, and He shows compassion to every living thing, especially those who call on Him. Even though David was king, he knew God was the greater King. As king, David knew he was not the one who was key to the success of his people.
Can you live today acknowledging God as your King? He is greater than any power or authority in your life! Even with all of His great power, he still cares for us. Give Him praise, and tell of His power today.
