Prayer is communication with God. As children of God, as warriors in His army, we have the privilege to boldly approach the throne of God and speak with the Self-Existent Creator of the Universe.
Because of this excellent gift through Jesus, we have the responsibility to never pray to anything or anyone else.
Prayers of the Bible.
- First Prayer: Genesis 3:8-13
- Sinner’s Prayer: Luke 18:13-14
- Disciple’s Prayer: Matthew 6:9-13
- Lord’s Prayer: John 17
- Paul’s Prayer: Ephesians 3:14-21
(Note: What is traditionally called “The Lord’s Prayer” is not a prayer Jesus could have prayed. It is a prayer he instructed His disciples to pray, so I have labeled it as such)
Challenge:
- Memorize Ephesians 3:20
- Be intentional about your prayer today, if you don’t know what to say – pray today’s Psalm. All Psalms are prayers, you can pray them every day.

Israel left Egypt as freed slaves, not warriors. God spent the next forty years refining them to become more than warriors. God's warrior has three disciplines: Bible Study, Prayer, and Worship. This in-depth stand-alone plan is also part 4 of a 10 part series.
