Joshua - More Than Warriorsಮಾದರಿ
Israel was born in Genesis, adopted in Exodus, trained in Numbers, cleansed in Leviticus, and instructed in Deuteronomy. In Joshua - Israel faced conflict and conquest. - J. Vernon Mcgee
The book of Joshua completes the redemptive mission God began in Genesis - to set aside a people through which all the nations would be blessed. God rescued Israel from slavery, trained them in the wilderness, baptized them in the Jordan, circumcised their flesh, and gave them Promised Land rest.
God also completed His redemptive mission in Jesus followers. He delivered us from slavery, trained us in the wilderness, baptized us with His Spirit, circumcised our hearts, and promised us every Spiritual blessing. Just like Israel, there is nothing we can do to void God’s redemptive work in the lives of His warriors.
We know who we are. We know what God has done for us.
We know what to do - We fight!
Challenge:
- Memorize 1 Corinthians 16:13-14
- What redemptive work has God accomplished in your life?
This plan is designed to be a standalone plan. It is also part 10 of a 10-part series.
