I Will Exalt Theeಮಾದರಿ
Honor God.
“O Lord, I will honor and praise your name, for you are my God. You do such wonderful things! You planned them long ago, and now you have accomplished them.” Isaiah 25:1 NLT
Choose to honor God. Before the foundations of the world, God knew you. God crafted and formed you before you were even discussed amongst your parents. You are not a mistake. Your life has purpose. God planted you here, for such a time as this. God had intimate knowledge of you and relationship with you before you were conceived in your mother’s womb. Choose to seek and surrender to the One who crafted you. Honor the One who formed you.
Jeremiah 1:5 KJV declares, “Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.” God shaped you. God created you to give Him Glory. Honor God through your gifts. Honor God through your resources. Honor God through your life. Submit to Him and surrender your gifts to Him. Don’t exalt your gifts over God. Honor Him through your gifts. Honor God through the work of your hands.
Jeremiah 29:11 KJV declares, “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.” Jeremiah 29:11 NIV declares, “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” Choose to honor God in everything that you say and do. He desires to lead your footsteps. He desires to guide you. God desires to expand you. Choose to exalt Christ.
God wants you to draw closer to Him. The things of this world cannot satisfy you. The riches of this world are temporary and will not fill the void that your spirit longs to fill. Let God fill you. Choose to exalt Christ. Choose to exalt His Word over your way of doing things. Be satisfied in Him. “For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?” Matthew 16:26 KJV
