More Than ಮಾದರಿ
Paul says that we are to offer our bodies as a living sacrifice to God; that this is the way to worship him.
But, why do we worship God? As a response to all that God has done for us through Jesus. Worship is an act of thankfulness.
A simple way to practice this and develop a life of worship, one that comes from the heart, is to develop an attitude of gratitude.
Pause throughout your day and say “thank you” to God. It doesn’t matter where you are or what you’re doing. When you’re at school, stop and say “thank you”. When you’re at home playing video games, stop and say, “thank you”. When you’re in the middle of your baseball game or musical practice, stop and say “thank you”. When you’re eating lunch, take time to say “thank you”.
When you begin to express thanks to God, your heart begins to change. The way you view life and look at situations shifts.
You begin to live a life of worship.
What are you thankful for? Take time right now and say “thank you" to God.
About this Plan
We were created to worship. But, what do we mean when we talk about worship? In this plan, we’ll talk about what worship is, why we worship, and how.
