Mark paints Jesus as an unstoppable force, moving all throughout Judaea and healing everything that He comes in contact with. It is most likely that Mark is Peter's Gospel, jotted down by Mark (known also as John Mark or Marcus). Mark was most likely half Roman and half Jewish, hence the Hebrew name John Mark and the Romanized Marcus. Imagine Peter excitedly recounting all of the miracles Jesus did. This is Peter's favorite memory of Jesus--the Almighty God, able to do anything!
