So what’s the antidote to worrying about unknown health issues that seem to lurk around every corner? We can overcome consistent worry and anxiety by intentionally seeking a mindset of peace through prayer. Yes, you should follow up on any ongoing physical symptoms with a trained professional; but in the meantime when there are no diagnosed ailments, try to live in peace rather than a heightened fear of what may happen in the future.
Rather than having the cells in your body washed over by a constant flow of cortisol, wash them with the Word of God, which will bring life to your bones and joy to your heart.
