Principle #3 "Steward everything you have well (no matter how small) & you will become ruler over much."

According to Oxford Languages, to be faithful is to "remain loyal and steadfast." When we are loyal and steadfast in small matters, God will help us become rulers over much. Our world is obsessed with getting rich and becoming wealthier than the next person. Everyone is selling tips and courses on how to fatten your pockets. Some provide tips on how to make fast money, while others focus on growing wealth over time. Regardless of what they are selling, stewardship is the only way to ensure that once you have wealth, you know how to manage it.

As kingdom leaders, your main goal should never be to gain wealth. Money is a poor substitute for serving God. Our priority as kingdom leaders is to serve God and, with that, steward what He gives us, knowing that nothing on earth truly belongs to us anyway. We are only stewarding God’s provision and resources. Once we shift our mindset from owning to stewarding, it becomes easier to be faithful to God regardless of the amount of money or resources we have at the time.

Stewardship doesn’t just refer to money; it also encompasses your time, the people God has given you to manage, and any other resources God has entrusted to you. When we release our tight grasp on our resources and steward them well, God provides overflow. However, holding tightly leads to begrudging giving, boastfulness, and ultimately results in only accumulating riches on earth, with none in heaven.

Kingdom leaders should prefer to hear "Well done, my good and faithful servant" from the Lord rather than receiving the praises of man here on earth. Be found faithful.
