You have a covenant with God Almighty and He has coached you and shown you how to faith it right into your promise. Victory is sweet, but you must know that when we get to the place of purpose that was promised to us, the enemy is going to come at us more now than he ever did before. God has given you the keys to the mansion—don’t lose those keys because you aren’t comfortable in your new position. Worse, don’t lose those keys because you’re proud of your new position. If the enemy can’t get you tempted one way, he’ll tempt you the other. He will try to make you feel uncomfortable in your placement and your position—a distraction you can’t afford right now. If that doesn’t work, he will feed your thoughts with how great you are and there is no one like you.

What do you do? Keep your head held high and walk in this new place with a humble heart. Didn’t God tell you He would bring you before great men and women? You are supposed to be here, so don’t worry about what you have or don’t have in the spirit realm. The truth is, you wear a victor’s crown. You are now walking in faith like never before. You have been ignited, and you have fresh fire, and fresh perspective. All you need to do is keep ahold of this gift and don’t lose yourself in yourself. You can’t manage the gift of a mansion if your mindset is still in the projects or your old low-income apartment complex. And you will fall quickly if you think you are suddenly the best thing since sliced cheese. The Word of God tells us that pride goes before a fall. Stay humble.
