Pearls and Promises for Your Marriage

DAY 30 OF 32

KNOW GOD'S HEART

Read Matthew 8:18-34.
The Lord will most likely allow circumstances in your marriage that will test your trust in Him. Will you have faith or will you be afraid? What about right now? Is there anything in your marriage relationship that is putting your faith to the test? What do you fear? Where are you being challenged to put your trust in the Lord?

TAKE IT TO HEART

Read 1 Peter 3:6.

Slowly and prayerfully read through today's Scripture. Copy and paste it into an email or text to yourself and/or write it on a 3x5 card and post it where you will see it - on your refrigerator, by your desk, or on your mirror. Hide it in your heart and meditate on it today.

SHARE GOD'S HEART

Many, if not most, wives struggle because their husbands are not taking the spiritual leadership in the home that they would want them to. They struggle with fear because their husbands are not reading the Bible daily or are not developing a real relationship with God. Fear leads us into sin. Take an active step to pray fervently for your husband in this area and entrust him to the Lord.
