Truth Or Trash

DAY 4 OF 35

I am famous!

Truth or Trash? God knows my name.

See It -
Play the name game. One person at a time chooses a word to describe them. The word must start with the first letter of their name. For example, Sam might say "Silly Sam." The person after must repeat that name and their own name combo. Keep going until everyone in your family goes. The last person must remember ALL the names!

Read It -
Truth or Trash? God knows my name.
Truth! Did you know that God knew you before your parents did? Chances are, when your parents were selecting a name for you they took their time. Maybe they wanted something that had a special meaning, or they just liked the sound of it. Make no doubt, your name was important. But wow, before God made the world He knew you! He created you to be unique, and your name belongs to you just like you belong to God. You are loved because God loves you!

Discuss It -
Ask your parents why they chose your name for you. How does it feel to know that God knew you before He created the world?
