Jesus healed many people during His time on earth - all 4 Gospel books are full of stories about Jesus healing! It is amazing that we serve a God who has authority over sickness and death. In this story from Mathew, Jesus heals a paralyzed man. Someone who has never been able to walk suddenly can! Jesus' miracles show us what life in the Kingdom of God will be like. That doesn't mean we are free from those things here on earth, but one day in Heaven all of the sickness, sadness and death will be gone. Jesus promises us this! Let's pray and thank God for His plan to rescue us all just like He did the paralyzed man.
