A Family of the Wordნიმუში

The Word of God is light.
The Word of God is our guiding light in life’s darkest moments. Imagine walking to the kitchen for a late-night snack in your own home, with all the lights off. Even in a place as familiar as home, it’s easy to stumble when we can’t see clearly. Now think about walking through unfamiliar places in complete darkness—it’s much harder. Just like physical light helps us navigate safely, God’s Word illuminates our path in life.
God’s Word has been there from the very beginning, bringing life and light to the world. This light cannot be overcome by darkness, no matter how deep. In difficult times, whether in your family or personal life, the Word of God provides the clarity and direction we need. It helps us avoid stumbling through confusion and uncertainty.
The Bible is described as a lamp to our feet and a light to our path. It gives us the wisdom to make choices, brings comfort in affliction, and teaches us how to live rightly. Our responsibility is to fear God and keep His commandments, knowing that all we do will come under His judgment.
In moments of darkness, whether in familiar situations or uncharted territory, we can turn to God’s Word as the constant light that leads us safely through. Embrace it, and let it guide your family with clarity and hope.
Question for your family: How can you make sure that you are using God’s Word to guide you through both everyday decisions and difficult times as a family?
