Devotional:
The events leading up to Haman’s downfall illustrate God’s perfect timing at work within Esther’s story. The king’s insomnia led him to read about Mordecai’s earlier act of loyalty—setting off a chain reaction that would ultimately save the Jewish people from destruction.

This passage reminds us that God’s timing is always perfect—even when it seems delayed from our perspective. We must learn patience as we wait for Him to act according to His divine schedule rather than ours.

Gracious Father, help me trust Your timing in every aspect of my life. Teach me patience as I wait for answers or direction from You; remind me that You are always working behind the scenes for my good and Your glory. Amen.
