Fasting is a private act of devotion that aligns your heart with God’s Will.

Whether you fast from food, social media, or another time-consuming habit, use that time to seek God intentionally. In fasting, we humble ourselves and recognize that we need more of God’s Presence and Power in our lives.

Begin by setting aside a specific time today to fast and pray. Be intentional in this pursuit—remove distractions and seek God with a focused heart. As you do, ask Him to revive your spiritual strength, renew your zeal, and refresh your passion for His Presence.
