Ephesiansნიმუში

"We immerse ourselves in Ephesians to acquire a clean, uncluttered imagination of the ways and means by which the Holy Spirit forms church out of just such lives as ours. This is the holy soil in which we have been planted, the conditions that make it possible for us to grow up in Christ, to become mature, "healthy in God, robust in love." (Practicing Resurrection by Eugene Peterson, Pg. 29)
Paul opens the book with a Jewish poem of praise (v3-14). It was as Paul meditated on who God is and what He has done, it led him to a posture of praise. Paul praised God for the great works He did through Jesus Christ!
We will take a closer look at some of the works Paul talks about tomorrow, but let’s take some time in prayer today to meditate on the works of God. Allow yourself to sit in this until you find yourself in a posture of praise.
