The Seven Gates of Graceნიმუში

The Door of the Small Room
In a world that always asks us to rush and do things quickly, we often find ourselves without the time for even our hobbies.
When we finally manage to find a moment for ourselves, we prefer to rest and gather strength by lying on the sofa, watching our favorite TV series, or simply going to bed early.
The routine of life leads us to forget the truly important things in life: being with our spouse, enjoying the smiles of our children, or sharing moments of joy with our friends.
But life steals much more from us than we can consider: it steals our time with God. Jesus invites us to open a door where we can meet God and relate to Him. He invites us to close that door and not allow anyone to disturb our moment of grace.
I would add that it would be better to lock that door by putting out a nice "do not disturb" sign.
But there is also the risk that this small room becomes a closet where we put everything that concerns our world of thoughts, problems, and vices. It is not always easy to consider this room as the most precious in our life.
Make a serious commitment to yourself and use your precious time to meet your precious God. His anointing will fill you miraculously.
