HEALING THROUGH THE WORD OF GOD

Jesus has the power to cure you in an instant with His word. The words of Jesus are more powerful than those of your physician. Keep in mind that God's word can usher healing, even in situations where it seems impossible. What men interpret as a sign of hopelessness can nevertheless turn into a fresh start of life through God's word. Avoid being afraid of what people say because God's word has the power to save even the dead.

How do you claim your healing? Healing is yours the moment you receive God’s word for your situation and trust that His word is enough.

I would like to remind you that every miracle recorded in the Bible has been backed by God's word. God spoke into existence the heavens and the earth from nothingness. His words have power to cause life in the very place where death and darkness loom. Once God’s word is out of His mouth, it is sure to accomplish what He has said, for God’s word never fails. He is the King who keeps His word. No force can prevent your healing, as God has declared it in His word.

What is God’s word for your condition?

You will be healed! You will be in perfect health as He has spoken the word for the condition on the cross when He cried out, saying, “It is finished!” He was forsaken, so you will never be forsaken. He was punished so that you would be at peace.

What does God need?

You must have faith in God's promise. Do you recall Sower's Parable? In contrast to other grounds where the seed was unable to bear fruit, if the seed—His word—falls on good ground, it will produce fruit. So, continue hearing God's word to keep your heart filled with faith. You will quickly notice the fruit of healing in your body as you memorize the scripture and allow it to sink into your mind. Even when the negative statements of the physicians flash across your mind like the birds that try to steal the seed, keep believing that healing is sure. Even though the symptoms rise up like the thorns that try to choke the seeds, keep munching on God’s word. Your healing will surely appear.

Reflection time:

1. Write down the scriptures for healing from God’s word. Memorize them.

2. Write down your symptoms that trouble your mind. Strike them down.

3. Write down the distractions that disturb your faith. Pray that your heart becomes the good ground where there is faith.

Make it a point to tell the Lord that you rest in His words.
