Jesus Our Savior: A DaySpring Journey Through Holy Weekნიმუში

Jesus Our Savior
Today we want you to pause and remember that while Jesus is so many things - our Friend and Comforter, our Adviser and Teacher - we are most thankful that He is our Savior.
Now, you might think that's a funny word or a strange way to think about anyone. After all, we're doing okay, right? What do we need to be saved from, anyway?
Well, honestly, ourselves. We all sin, right? We mess up, we make mistakes, we fall short of our own standards and certainly God’s. So, we need Jesus to save us—both from past sins and future temptations. And, of course, we also need Him to save us from the difficult circumstances we find ourselves facing, whether as a consequence of our actions or through no fault of our own.
Even when we’re “doing okay,” each one of us needs Jesus, our Savior.
As we enter this weekend, thinking about Jesus's Final Days and what He means to us, let's not lose sight of the Tremendous Miracle that is our Salvation. Jesus saves, and for that, we are eternally grateful!
We are praying that you experience Jesus in a brand new way this weekend and beyond!
