UNDERSTAND ADOPTION

Have you understood the mysteries of spiritual adoption? In physical adoption, caregivers choose their children. In the natural process of giving birth, children come as a gift and without interference (in general) from the parents. When the Bible reveals that we were adopted through Jesus, this truth should lift our self-esteem and empower us for life. We have been chosen! There was a connection from Heaven to our decision, and the Father's fatherhood reached out to us, impacting our story for all eternity.

So what should our life look like from this truth? To be adopted by the Father means that you have been chosen, are unique, important, and can lead a life full of meaning. Adopted by the Father through Jesus, it protects your heart from the voices of orphanhood, leading you into a dimension of abundance and a sense of importance and worth. No one can stop someone like that from growing! Even if your biological family has disappointed you, don't let the frustration of not feeling part of you and valued destroy you.

Being adopted, to some, seems to have been overlooked and forgotten. But from a spiritual perspective, it means that the Father loves us. Right now, allow the Father's love to come in and transform your reality. In Jesus, you are adopted to be His forever.
