Father God, I thank You for Your overwhelming love and eternal presence in my life. Help me to trust in the promise of Your eternal presence even though my outward circumstances may not seem to reflect it. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

All of the people we will study--and us included--have hearts and souls that need rescuing. Ultimately we will find that the answer to all of our brokenness--no matter who we are or what we've done--is Christ himself.
