God is Spirit, but He’s not chaos. God has established order, government, and leadership in everything He created—in heaven, in the nations, in families, and in the church. While all believers are equal in love and value to God, He has called some to step into the primary leadership roles within the Church. These are listed in Ephesians 4:11-13. You may be called by God to carry out one of those roles. If you do, lead with courage and grace. If you’re called to follow one of those primary leaders, follow with honor and grace.
