How do we react when everything seems to be falling apart? We are certainly living in uncertain times. But there is one thing that is not uncertain or unsure, and that is the Word of God. Recently a friend of mine was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer. She is an amazing believer of Jesus Christ, and I witnessed firsthand the power of God’s promises at work in her life. Nothing can ever prepare you for a difficult situation; the darkness can all of a sudden seem to surround you.

Whether it’s losing your health, the loss of a relationship, the loss of a job, or whatever it may be, know that God already has a plan set in place. He already knows your needs, your fears, or perhaps your lack of faith in Him. Trust that the God who created the heavens and the earth has promised to be there for you. He will not delay His help. God is never late! Keep trusting, keep believing, keep your eyes on Jesus. The storm will pass, morning will dawn, and when it does – because it will – you will REJOICE! God’s promises, and His Word, are steady and absolute. Stand UNSHAKEN despite the turmoil everywhere.
