Day 5:
Living a Life Sanctified and Separated Unto Holiness
Sanctification is a term we don’t hear a lot about today. It means to be set apart unto holiness. When we receive Jesus Christ, he sanctifies us and continues to prepare us for his second coming. The Lord desires us to be set apart from this world and things that would defile us. He wants a bride that is pure and has made herself ready for his return.
Prayer: Holy Spirit, continue the work of sanctification within our lives. We want to be purified, and set apart unto holiness. We desire to be the bride of Christ, ready for His return. In Jesus' Name, Amen!
About this Plan
I believe it’s time for a greater separation, consecration, and dedication to the things of God and the Word of God. This devotional, from my book “Culture Cleanse,” is meant to empower the believer to resist the temptation of being well-adjusted to and comfortable with the things of this world, and to now take a greater stand for the things of God!
