DAY 9 OF 21

2 CORINTHIANS 5:17-18 (Amplified Classic) Therefore, if any person is [ingrafted] in Christ (the Messiah) he is a new creation (a new creature altogether), the old [previous moral and spiritual condition] has passed away. Behold the fresh and new has come! But all things are from God, Who through Jesus Christ reconciled us to Himself [received us into favor, brought us into harmony with Himself] and gave to us the ministry of reconciliation [that by word and deed we might aim to bring others into harmony with Him]

But what are the new things that have come? What is this fresh and new that has come? What do I look like when I am refreshed in my born-again spirit?

Verse 18 says that all these new things come from God. In your born-again spirit you have the nature and character of God. Andrew Wommack says that in your born-again spirit, you are wall to wall with the Holy Ghost. His nature and His character bring with it the Fruit of the Spirit. So that means that you are refreshed and have the Fruit of the Spirit in all its fullness in your born-again spirit now. According to Galatians 5:22, you have Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Kindness, Goodness, Faithfulness, Gentleness, and Self-Control.

You have all these new things in your born-again spirit now! You just need to access them and release them by your confession!

So, know that in your born-again spirit you look just like God, and you need to refresh the way you see yourself.

Your affirmation declaration for today is… I have the nature and character of God! I have all the love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control I need through the Holy Spirit.
