This chapter zeros in on a specific aspect of creation: the creation of humanity. We also see an emphasis on the abundant way God supplies the needs of the man He puts in the garden. The abundant supply is further emphasized by identifying the problem of Adam being alone and then solving it for Adam’s benefit. Only one restriction is given, and it doesn’t seem to be much of a hardship.

We can add to the things we know about God as a result of creation. He supplies abundantly, is a problem solver, and doesn’t expect much in return.
