Prayer Against Stress

Before you start this prayer, pause and take three deep breaths.

Heavenly Father,

Thank You for being my Prince of Peace. Thank You for being my Heavy-Load-Sharer. Thank You for being my Wonderful Counselor. I am coming to you for help to cope with my stress. Help me trust the process of life and enjoy the journey. Help me prioritize what I have to do to execute without pressure. Show me who I can count on to support me. Strengthen me to do the work necessary to accomplish my goals. Many are the plans in my heart, but You determine the outcome. Therefore, I commit all that I do to You so my thoughts can be established. I trust that all things will work together for my good. In Jesus' name, Amen.
