Commit Your Works

DAY 1 OF 3

Commit Your Works.

“Commit thy works unto the Lord, and thy thoughts shall be established.”

‭‭Proverbs‬ ‭16:3‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Commit the work of your hands unto the Lord and let Christ lead your heart. Before you accept that next position, let Christ lead your heart. Let Christ lead your thoughts. Let Christ lead your actions. Let Christ lead your plans. Choose to engage Christ in business. Before you make that next major move—engage Christ.

The Amplified Version expounds upon Proverbs‬ ‭16:3‬ ‭AMPC‬‬ in the following manner, “Roll your works upon the Lord [commit and trust them wholly to Him; He will cause your thoughts to become agreeable to His will, and] so shall your plans be established and succeed.”

Roll your works upon Christ. Let Christ establish your plans. Let Christ lead you. Let His Word guide your life. “Commit your actions to the Lord, and your plans will succeed.” Proverbs‬ ‭16:3‬ ‭NLT‬‬. Commit to Christ. Let Christ rule every area of your heart, life, and business. Let Christ give you witty ideas. Let Christ fill you with His Wisdom.

For Wisdom comes from God. Leadership comes from God. Let Christ, the Author of all things lead your life. Let His Word fill your heart. Commit your ways to God—the Author and Finisher of your life and Destiny.

If you have not accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, say this simple prayer:

Father God, in the Name of Jesus, I thank You for Your Son Jesus Christ.

I believe that He died and rose just for me. Father God, in the Name of Jesus, I repent of my sin and I turn to You.

I accept Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior.

In Jesus’ Name. Amen.
