Men, Get in the Game!Sample

Men, Get in the Game!

DAY 3 OF 3

Perhaps you didn’t have a good beginning. Maybe your parents fought or divorced early on. Maybe you didn’t come from a nice neighborhood or go to a good school. Maybe you had to raise yourself because your mom worked three jobs. Or maybe you lived in the suburbs, but you were abused, neglected or pacified with stuff. You were kept busy to keep you away from any real relationship at home. Whatever the case, where you start has nothing to do with where you are going. Jesus started out in an obscure town named Nazareth, after all.

He can meet any man in any place at any time, even when your life seems worthless. He can turn it around and set you on your feet, if you will just look to Him.

This truth strips men of any excuses, such as, “If it weren’t for him,” or “If it weren’t for them,” or “If it weren’t for that circumstance, or my background, or my limitations.” You can get up. You can walk. You can be responsible. You should no longer see yourself as a victim. Your relationship with Jesus Christ makes you an overcomer.

What is one thing from your past that you need to overcome or let go in order to move forward?

We hope this plan encouraged you. For more information about the ministries of Dr. Tony Evans, click here.

Day 2

About this Plan

Men, Get in the Game!

It’s easy to sit on the sidelines of life and refuse to get in the game. Maybe you’ve got a bunch of excuses for why you can’t. Maybe you don’t want to make the necessary effort or take responsibility. Maybe you’ve been riding the bench so long you’re not sure you even know how to play the game anymore. Let best-selling author, Tony Evans, help you get in the game.
