Jesus did lots of amazing things while he was on earth. We’re going to find out about one of them in this Ancora Kids Bible Reading Plan.

Jesus had spent a busy day teaching the people about God and healing people who were sick. He was very tired and needed a rest. So he and his special friends, his “disciples”, crossed over the lake.

Did Jesus get a rest? Verse 5 tells us that many people followed him and soon he was surrounded by a huge crowd. Jesus cared about them. Even though he was tired, he put their needs first.

It was getting late and they were all hungry! Jesus was concerned about them. What could they do? Where could they get enough food?
