But What Did God Say?

DAY 7 OF 7

You are closer than you think! Any day now, the floodgates of heaven will open and shower you with God’s promises. You’ve fasted, you’ve prayed, you’ve kept an expectant heart, and most of all you’ve remained obedient. The process gets a little difficult here and you become tempted to quit. You don’t realize how close you are to your breakthrough. Let me explains using the example of childbirth. Labor and delivery is a very painful and intense experience for most. The woman is pushing and pushing, for some hours go by. There is a strong urge to want to give up and say, “I can’t do this anymore,” but right at that moment, the doctor says, “I can see the head, a couple more pushes and we’re done.” You see, the woman doesn’t know how close she is to birthing her promise (the baby) and the process has become almost unbearable. Right as she is about to give up, the promise shows up. The pain and frustration do not compare to the joy she feels now. Liken your situation to giving birth and you’re in labor. It won’t be long; soon you’ll be holding the promise and the blessings of the Lord will overtake you. It will happen super-fast. Hang in there and don’t you dare give up! There is a promise on the other side of your pain.

Prayer

Heavenly Father, thank You for the strength to endure the labor pains. It is through this process that You show me how strong I really am. Thank You for being a birthing coach and helping me continue to push when I become tempted to give up. Any day now, I will see the fulfillment of Your promises, and everywhere that I turn there will be blessings. All the glory and honor belong to You.

In Jesus name, Amen

Think it over

As you approach your hour of fulfillment, you will feel the weight of the promise. Stay close to God and heed His instructions at every turn. You are going to be amazed at how God shows up for you.

About this Plan

But What Did God Say?

This plan is to encourage those who are choosing faith over fear. They are walking out God's will for their life, and they are dedicated to God's purpose, His plan, His way. No matter the obstacles, they have chosen to take God at His word and go after His promises.
