DAY 11 OF 17

Workers for the Harvest

Although things are slowly shifting, a common response to the gospel from non-believers is indifference; neither hot nor cold.

Let's agree for God to raise up new workers for the harvest in Japan to passionately proclaim and display the gospel of the Kingdom.

WORSHIP - We lift our eyes to God who owns everything and everyone!

God claims Earth and everything in it, God claims World and all who live on it. Psalm 24:1 (MSG)

Lord, the earth and everything in it belongs to You! Japan, and all who live in it are Yours!

DECLARE - May the gates of Japan be open to the King of Glory.

Lift up your heads, O gates!

and be lifted up, O ancient doors!

that the King of glory may come in.

Who is this King of glory?

The Lord of hosts, he is the King of glory. Psalm 24:9-10 (NRSV)

Father, we declare the gates of Japan to be lifted up, that Jesus, the King of glory may come in and reign in Japan.

PRAY -  Jesus, send out Your disciples to the harvest.

After this, the Lord appointed 70 others, and He sent them ahead of Him in pairs to every town and place where He Himself was about to go. He told them:  “The harvest  is abundant, but the workers  are few. Therefore, pray to the Lord of the harvest to send out workers into His harvest. Now go; I’m sending you out like lambs among wolves.” Luke 10:1-3 (HCSB)

Father, Jesus said that the harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. We ask You, the Lord of the harvest, to send out workers to Your harvest field in Japan.

About this Plan

PRAY4JAPAN - 17 Day Prayer Guide for Japan

Japan is the world’s second largest unreached people group even after decades of dedicated evangelism and church presence. In this highly sophisticated society most Japanese see Christianity as nice but irrelevant. Church attendance hovers around 0.3%. Let’s agree with the Word of God as we worship, declare and pray for breakthrough in this beautiful nation.
