God wants a relationship with you

God is not somebody we can see with our natural eyes, like we see other people. He is supernatural, and thus can only be "seen" by faith – although there certainly are a lot of hints towards Him that we can perceive with our five senses. The only way to have a relationship with God, is by believing that He exists and that He wants a relationship with us humans. If this was not the case, if God had not taken the first step, it would be completely impossible to know him at all.

God is not a Being far away who is indifferent towards creation. He is a personal God, and He wants a personal relationship with people. He does not just like us to obey his commandments, but He also wants our love and devotion.

In Psalm 105:4 we are encouraged to "Seek the Lord and his strength; seek his presence continually!" Do you already do this?
