High on Faith Sample

High on Faith

DAY 1 OF 4

Opportunity for Faith

Take a couple of seconds, and try to think of the number of problems you have in your life right now – big and small. Try counting them. Count all the things that are not right in your life at the moment. Count all the areas in life that you are praying about. Count all the areas in life that you want to see improved. Are there many? If yes, then congratulations, you have the opportunity to be a very victorious person.

Every problem is an opportunity to exercise your faith.

Don’t get discouraged by the number of problems you have. Instead, be encouraged by them. It doesn't mean you should be encouraged because of the problem itself but because of the opportunity you have for victory. A lot of problems mean a lot of victories.

Prayer:

Dear Lord Jesus, thank you for the opportunity to use my faith. Today I make a commitment to not focus on my problems, but to focus on my faith: the same faith that you have given me. And as I do, I declare victory over every problem in my life. I pray this in your name, Jesus, amen.

Day 2

About this Plan

High on Faith

Just in case you're wondering, "high on" in this context does not refer to an intoxicating feeling. Instead, it means to be "enthusiastic about." As Christians, we are called to be enthusiastic, passionate, and zealous about spiritual gifts (1 Corinthians 14:12). Faith is a spiritual gift! Join this Bible reading plan, and start this exciting journey of pursuing this powerful gift called faith.
