We would like to think we can get away with what we do wrong because nobody is keeping accounts. Or those who are keeping accounts will not be able to keep a track of our actions. 

Or we are so smart with our deception that even God cannot account for it. 

Unfortunately or fortunately, our every action is tracked. 

God’s accounts statement keeps a record of everything. The good, the bad and the ugly are all recorded. 

We almost feel like the ‘wicked’. 

Psalm 10:13: “Why do the wicked get away with despising God? They think, “God will never call us to account.””

But God tracks it all. 

The pains of the broken-hearted.

The victims of the acts of injustice.

The predators and oppressors.

The killers and murderers.

It’s all on record.

Nothing escapes him. Let’s live our lives seeking to settle our accounts with God. All our other accounts will fall into place.
