Holy 90 (The Four Gospels)ნიმუში

What we read this week:
Matthew 22: The Wedding Banquet and the greatest commandment
Matthew 23: Pharisees exposed as hypocrites
Matthew 24: The Great Tribulation and the End of the Age
Matthew 25: Two parables, and His sheep
Matthew 26:1-46: Passover and prayer in the garden
Matthew 26:47-75: Judas betrays Jesus and Peter denies Jesus
Matthew 27: Jesus is crucified
Notable verse: Matthew 22:37 — “He said to him, ‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.”
Encouragement for you: This week, we read about the death, burial, and resurrection of our savior. We also read earlier in the week about the greatest commandment. Certainly, in Jesus’s life on earth, he exemplified how Christians should love God and their neighbor.
Something for you to consider from the reading: Why were the Pharisees hypocrites?
