Don’t Lose Hope
“Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.” Hebrews 11:1 KJV
Don’t lose hope. Faith is the substance of things that we hope for. Faith is the fundamental fabric and framework of our hope. Faith is the supernatural substructure of our hope and the building blocks of our expectation.
As believers, faith is what we stand on. Faith is our secure foundation. When your faith is tested it reveals what you’re really standing on. When your faith is tried it reveals who you’re really trusting in.
What are you hoping for? What are you believing God for? What are you trusting God for? Who are you standing on? What are you standing on? Are you standing on God’s Word? Are you standing on His Way? Are you standing on God’s promises?
What’s buried in the ‘substructure’ of your heart? What’s holding your hope together? Who’s holding your hope? What’s holding your joy together? What’s holding your peace together? Our God is Joy. Our God is Peace. Choose to build your life on the Word of God and choose to hope again. Choose to build again. Choose to believe again.
Choose to let God’s Word breathe upon the borders of your life. Choose to let God’s Word breathe upon the borders of your heart. Choose to let God’s Word breathe upon your hope again.
Let His Word become the foundation and framework of your life. Let His Word become the framework of your faith. Let His Word lead you. Let His Word guide you. Let faith lead you in the middle of the storm. Let His Word become your safe, secure, and sure foundation.
Hebrews 11:1 AMPC declares, “NOW FAITH is the assurance (the confirmation, the title deed) of the things [we] hope for, being the proof of things [we] do not see and the conviction of their reality [faith perceiving as real fact what is not revealed to the senses].”
Faith is the conviction of your reality. Faith is the conviction of God’s promise. Faith is not delusion. Faith is the assurance, the confirmation, the title deed of the promise to come. Choose to trust in God’s Word. Choose to trust in God’s promises.
What are you hoping for? Who are you placing your hope in? Are you placing your hope in God or are you choosing to place your hope in man? Are you placing your hope in God’s Word or are you placing your hope in the things of this world?Choose to place your hope in God.
Hebrews 11:1 NIV declares, “Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see.” Choose to have confidence in God. Hold on to His Promises. Choose to hold on to God’s Word.
Although you don’t see the manifestation of what God has promised yet, choose to hold onto God’s Word. Choose to trust in His Word. Despite what things may look like around you, choose to hope in the One who holds hope in His Hands.
