Awaken to Your Divine Purpose

Just look throughout Scripture, and you will see that God uses the foolish things of this world to confound the wise. He chooses harlots, tax collectors, cowards, fishermen, doctors, stonemasons, and even women like Mary to birth His miracles throughout history.

You can spend your entire life striving for success but never find real and lasting significance. Why? Because you may be too consumed trying to fit into the world’s standards instead of surrendering to God’s standards and saying, If you can use anything, Lord, use me!

Jesus told His disciples they would do even greater works than He did when He was on earth. And He told them He would do whatever they asked in His name. God wants to flow His miracle-working power through you. God wants to use your voice and your brazen boldness to change policies, stand against injustice, and perhaps even shift governments. The talents and passions that you were given are not about you. They are about Him using you as a vessel so that He will be glorified on earth. The marketplace around you is your mission field. Your job or talent is the platform you will use to communicate new life to the world around you.

Nothing will bring you more peace than knowing the God of the universe is using you as a vessel who brings heaven to earth. Something marvelous takes place in your emotions when you know you are tapped into your divine purpose and aligned with the source of all creation. The more you let God’s light shine through you, the more you will see that you are an asset to the Kingdom of God. He will use your story and your testimony to connect with other hurting people and start a revival of hope and healing all around you.

You do not have to be broken, bitter, or fearful anymore. You can awaken to your divine purpose and let the Holy Spirit of God turn your trials into a testimony and your frustrations into fuel that makes Him known wherever you go. What can you do this week to be a more courageous woman of God in your everyday life?
