Essential Qualities of Kingdom Leadersნიმუში

HONESTY
“Dearly beloved, I beseech you as strangers and pilgrims, abstain from fleshly lusts, which war against the soul; Having your conversation honest among the Gentiles: that, whereas they speak against you as evildoers, they may by your good works, which they shall behold, glorify God in the day of visitation.” 1 Peter 2:11-12
The word honest in the ancient Greek means to be morally beautiful, of good quality. In today’s language it means to be free from fraud or deception, to be truthful, legitimate, to have integrity. Kingdom leaders should not have hidden agendas, or be fraudulent in their dealings, but rather, have an impeccable reputation and be known for their integrity. Honesty will cause those who speak against Kingdom leaders to behold their good works and to glorify God.
