A Compelling Truth: A 30 Day Journey through Galatians with Rob Stanmoreნიმუში

DAY 10
It’s a humbling reality when we realise the perfect God of the universe chooses to love imperfect people like us.
I honestly have to remind myself that even God, who sees everything—all my flaws, my blind spots, my short-comings, my inconsistencies, my sins—still chooses, to love me and give himself for me.
This is the same for all of us.
Paul is making it clear that we cannot earn our way by living ‘good’, but it is the power of accepting Jesus, that each day (as he writes “in the body”) we live in assurance through our faith, that God still loves us and would still give himself for us.
This passage is a reminder that by fixing our eyes on Jesus, he enables us to live day by day for him. Although we fall short, he still loves us and would give himself for us.
Question
How does this change the way you view yourself?
