DAY 1 OF 22

THE  POWER OF THE CROSS

Each of us is a representation of God in this world. We are the representations of His Demuth and His Tselem (His Picture and His image) in this world. We, as His children, should represent His character in our daily lives. But sometimes we do oppositely; we do not become a representation of His character in our daily lives, at all.

We do not live like we've been ransomed and saved. We do not live like the King's child and instead, become the slaves of sin. Often we think the biggest problem is the problems that occur in front of us and around us, but in fact the biggest problem is hidden in  our own lives—the problem that has never been solved, called "Sin".

Every one of us who has received salvation should no longer be a slave of sin from falling into and awakening in sin We can triumph over sin because His power that lives in our lives is greater than the power of the sin. Therefore, today, let’s learn that everyday we always need to  take a new commitment to walk in line with His will in our lives. Today, the power of the cross—His sacrifice and blood shed for our lives—can make our life which is full of sin stains, transformed into new life (white-clean) without defects. Do not give up, because every day there is always hope, grace, new joy in Him.

Following Christ is not a once-in-a-lifetime decision, but an everyday choice.
