Forsake Not The Assembling Of Yourselves Together.

“And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works: Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.” Hebrews‬ ‭10:24-25‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Don’t forsake the assembling of yourselves. Seek and surround yourself with wise and Godly counselors. Surround yourself with likeminded believers. Sharpen and strengthen your faith by surrounding yourself with those who desire to follow the ways of Christ. 

Hebrews‬ ‭10:24-25‬ ‭AMPC‬‬ declares, “And let us consider and give attentive, continuous care to watching over one another, studying how we may stir up (stimulate and incite) to love and helpful deeds and noble activities, Not forsaking or neglecting to assemble together [as believers], as is the habit of some people, but admonishing (warning, urging, and encouraging) one another, and all the more faithfully as you see the day approaching.” Pattern yourself after Christ. Pattern yourself after His Word.

His Word will strengthen you. His Word will carry you through the storm. Surrender to His counsel and He will lead you in the right direction. When you submit to His Word and surround yourself with wise counselors — God will make your way successful. His Word will light your path. 

Build habits that reflect the heart and character of Christ. Create daily habits that break patterns of the past by surrendering to Christ. Choose to let go of the old man and be renewed in Him. Surround yourself with people who have a heart to surrender to the ways of Christ. 

Hebrews‬ ‭10:24-25‬ ‭NLT‬‬ declares, “Let us think of ways to motivate one another to acts of love and good works. And let us not neglect our meeting together, as some people do, but encourage one another, especially now that the day of his return is drawing near.” Motivate one another. Connect with one another. Fellowship with one another. Surround yourself with those who are stronger, wiser and more seasoned than you. Grow together and sharpen one another. 

Let Christ lead your heart. Let Christ heal your heart. Let Christ become your Cornerstone, Rock and sure Foundation. Let His Word build the framework of your life. Let His counsel lead and direct your path. 

Action:

Seek Christ’s counsel. Seek His Way of doing things before you seek the counsel of others. The counsel of man should line up with the counsel of Christ.  

God’s Word is His counsel. Surrender to His Word. Let every aspect of your life submit to God’s Way of doing things.
