I want to live in simplicity and peace, without striving to always have more. Teach me to rest and enjoy the many beautiful things around me—the elegance of a winter snowflake dancing to the ground, the fragrance of spring, summer’s glorious sunset, or the way you paint the leaves in autumn. Tune my ear to hear the pleasure of a baby’s laugh or the voices of those I love.
