Daily Reading - John 5:30 -47

Discussion & Reflection: Throughout the gospels, the religious leaders challenged Jesus’ claims to divinity. In verse 43, we see him make a daring proclamation about how they refused to “receive” him. What does it mean to “receive” Jesus? What do you think Jesus means when he challenged people not to seek the glory of someone else?
